Its Very Simple! Convey the issue to us by email (mention your order number in the subject) and we will respond within 24 Hrs with a solution.

I JUST PICKED UP MY ORDER AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If it was a warehouse pickup you may come back and return the order.

(Please note Any Dairy products, Fresh Products and other perishables are non-returnable)

WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MISSING FROM MY DELIVERY?

First and foremost, we apologise for the inconvenience!  While we try our best to make both your order and delivery experience great every time, sometimes these events might happen. And when they do, we are here to make things right.

  1. If your order was delivered, but had a missing or incorrect item, the fastest way to get support is by conveying the issue to us by email (do not forget to mention your order number) 
  2. Sometimes Items might be missing because they might have gone out of stock at the time of picking and hence could not be delivered as stock keeps moving. The undelivered items will be refunded within 2 business days of the delivery completion.

WHAT IS MONTHLY GROCERY KIT AND WHY SHOULD I BUY IT?

Monthly Grocery Kit is an exciting new feature introduced by Buddy Basket. It saves your precious time and helps you to book your regular monthly grocery order without any painful efforts of searching the products.

IS BEST BEFORE DATE OR EXPIRY DATE MENTIONED ON YOUR PACKS?

Yes, Best Before dates are mentioned on most of our packaged food products.

WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR DELIVERY?

For all GTA locations, we have a 2-business day delivery policy. 

If an order is received before 1pm we will try our best to deliver it on the next business day. This delivery time might be reduced sooner, please keep checking our website for any changes.

We try our best to get to you as much information about the product as possible. But sometimes you will find only Brand logo or a reference product image if the actual product image is not available with us. All Images are for reference purposes only.

We do not manufacture any products at our end. We only buy/import fully finished products. Most of these products are coming from India.
