- 30 days free and payment will be automatically charged after 29 Days of free trial.

- 12 Free Deliveries per year (1 Free Delivery every month) on any order between $25- $49.99

Cancellation policy of the membership
- Cancellation of the membership maybe done anytime within the first 29 days before trial ends.
- If cashback was availed during membership, then it will be reverted on cancellation.
- Any membership fees debited would be credited back to your BSF wallet.
- Membership would be auto cancelled if payment for membership is not completed in 29 days.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
We try our best to give flexibility to our customers within 24 hrs of booking an order with us but some exceptions do apply
Cancellations are not permitted on perishable goods like fresh fruits & vegetables, dairy products, meat, eggs etc.
Please note we cannot cancel any orders once you order has been processed as this means the order has already been shipped out of our packaging center, this might be even before your 24Hr window is complete as our goal is to provide express shipping to our Buddy Super Fan Customers.
Buddy Basket reserves all rights to decide which case warrants a legitimate claim and can refuse any claims/cancellations for any reason.
MEMBERSHIP AUTO-RENEWAL: -
An auto-renewal subscription is a subscription that will be renewed on your behalf before your current subscription term expires.
Membership Fee will be automatically charged at renewal to the payment method used by Customer at the time of registration. This will guarantee uninterrupted access to benefits, services, and subscriptions.
An email reminder will be sent to each member, so that you will know exactly when the transaction will take place. This message will contain any reminders or action(s) required on your behalf.
You can always change your payment method, address information, or cancel your subscription before the renewal date for your next term by emailing us customerservice@buddybasket.ca
Unless you notify us 7 days before renewal date that you want to cancel or do not want to auto renew, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize buddy basket (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect current applicable subscription price and any taxes, using any payment method we have on file for you.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION – I authorize Buddy Basket to charge my credit card as provided for annual/Quarter membership renewals. Buddy Basket is authorized to charge payment equal to the Gold membership fee/Silver Membership fee and any applicable sales tax. I understand that my credit card may be charged up to 7 (seven) days prior to membership expiration. I shall hold Buddy Basket harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debt to my credit card.
TERM: This agreement will remain in effect until you terminate the account or cancel your auto renew request. Auto-renew cancellation must be requested at least 7 days prior to your renewal date by calling on +1 647 676 4400 or by e-mail to customerservice@buddybasket.ca
