Crispy Fried Chicken Method of Preparation (Servings: 4-5):

Take 2 egg white, add 2 spoon (20g) of ginger garlic paste and 50g of Aachi chicken Crispy Fried Chicken masala and mix it well. Apply the paste to 800g of clean chicken lollipop pieces and marinate for minimum 45 mins to 2 hours.• Deep fry the marinated chicken lollipop pieces in oil. Serve it hot.

Ingredients:

Chilli Powder, Ginger powder, Garlic powder Coriander, Cumin powder , Salt, Corn flour & Clove.

Gobi Manchurian Masala Ingredients:

Refined wheat flour, Rice flour, Corn flour, Red chilli powder, Gram Double Horseal, Garlic, Compounded asafoetida and salt.

Method of preparation:

Cut 150g of cauliflower into small florets. After washing in plain water, blanch in warm water for 5 minutes. Take out the florets from warm water and keep aside. Add 20 ml water to the 20g of “Aachi Gobi Manchurian Masala”, mix well into thick batter. Add cauliflower florets, mix well and leave for 5 minutes. Deep fry on medium flame for 5-6 minutes till golden brown and keep aside. Heat the kadai with 20ml of oil, add chopped ginger, garlic, onion and capsicum saute it. Add 150g tomato ketchup and 15g of chilli sauce with salt and pepper (to taste) cook well for 2-3 minutes. Now Manchurian gravy is ready. Pour the entire content of Manchurian gravy into a pan, add the fried cauliflower florets and saute on medium flame for about 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with finely cut coriander leaves and serve hot. Any vegetable can be used in the place of cauliflower.

Chicken Chilli Chicken Preparation
Wash 300g of chicken pieces and keep aside. Heat oil to fry chopped onions until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and fry until soft. Now add Aachi Chilli chicken Masla and cook till oil separates. Add 200ml water and salt to taste. Add chicken pieces, cover with lid and allow it to simmer until the chicken becomes tender. Add coconut paste till the gravy thickens. Now tasty Aachi Chicken Lollypop ready to serve hot.
