Chicken Jalfrezi Preparation
Wash 300g of chicken pieces and keep aside. Heat oil to fry chopped onions until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and fry until soft. Now add Aachi curry Masla and cook till oil separates. Add 200ml water and salt to taste. Add chicken pieces, cover with lid and allow it to simmer until the chicken becomes tender. Add coconut paste till the gravy thickens. Now tasty Aachi Chicken Lollypop ready to serve hot.

Bajji
Mix 200gm Aachi Bajji Bonda powder in 125ml water. Make slices of either onion , potato, banana, Brinjal, Cucumber or boiled egg or pappad. Dip the slices in the mixture and fry in edible oil. Now tasty bajjis are ready to serve. This powder can also be used to make cauliflower and onion pakkoda.
Bonda
Mix 200gm Aachi Bajji Bonda powder with finely chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves and water. Make small and fry in edible oil till golden brown. Now tasty Bonda is ready to serve
Beef Biryani masala Heat oil in a cooker.Add chopped onions,fry till golden brown.Add tomatoes and cook till raw flavour goes off.Add curd,lime juice and Aachi Biriyani Masala followed by mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Add vegetables/pressure cooked mutton/chicken,1 litre water,salt and rice.Pressure cook till 3 whistle.Finally top the rice with ghee and mix well.Tasty Biriyani of your choice.
