Refunds, Cancelations &Returns Policy
Order cancellations**
As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel order once placed. You may choose to cancel the order only within one-minute of the order being placed.
We may have to cancel your order from our end in case we find the stock to be unavailable. It may also be possible that your area is not serviceable. We may also cancel the order if your payments get declined by the financial institution. In all the above-mentioned situations we would be intimating you with a notification email.
We understand on time delivery matters and we strive to ensure the same. However even if the order delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours from scheduled time due to unavoidable circumstances, you will have to accept the order and order cannot be cancelled.
Refund policy
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy at the door step” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.
We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the website. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
General instructions for return and refund policy
Quality issues:
If you receive the product in a damaged condition during the time of delivery. You need to raise the issue with the delivery personnel at the time of the delivery. The quality parameters include foul smell, leakage, expiry, or damage in transit.
Quantity mismatch:
If you receive a different quantity from what was ordered at the time of delivery, you may raise the issue with the delivery personnel immediately and you may write it on the delivery challan. If the payment was already made for the order, a refund will be processed into the website or app of the customer within 7 working days which can be used for future purchases.
Items not as per description:
If you receive a different product from what was ordered you must raise the issue with the delivery personnel immediately and write it on the delivery challan. If the payment was already made for the order, a refund will be processed into the website or app of the customer within 7 working days which can be used for future purchases.
In case of contact less delivery (when delivery personnel left your order at the front door), you will get a 24hrs window to report any quality issues, item mismatch or quantity discrepancies.
In case you receive excess quantity, do let us know either through the delivery personnel or through the customer contact number and we will bill it to you if you choose to buy the same.
