Crispy Fried Chicken Method of Preparation (Servings: 4-5):
Take 2 egg white, add 2 spoon (20g) of ginger garlic paste and 50g of Aachi chicken Crispy Fried Chicken masala and mix it well. Apply the paste to 800g of clean chicken lollipop pieces and marinate for minimum 45 mins to 2 hours.• Deep fry the marinated chicken lollipop pieces in oil. Serve it hot.

Chicken Jalfrezi Preparation
Wash 300g of chicken pieces and keep aside. Heat oil to fry chopped onions until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and fry until soft. Now add Aachi curry Masla and cook till oil separates. Add 200ml water and salt to taste. Add chicken pieces, cover with lid and allow it to simmer until the chicken becomes tender. Add coconut paste till the gravy thickens.
